Learning a new language means stepping into a new soundscape, a new way of thinking, and a new culture.
But the journey can feel frustrating: abstract grammar, fast native conversations, or that plateau where progress seems to stall.
On top of that, no two brains are wired the same - our moods, focus, and learning capacity are shaped by our unique brain chemistry and life experiences. Traditional methods rarely adapt to that reality.
As a certified Neurolanguage Coach®, I help French and English learners overcome those blocks and turn knowledge into confident, fluent communication - naturally and without overwhelm.
Together, we:
Personalize your learning strategy based on neuroscience and your unique profile
Focus on practical, real-world communication
Build momentum with structure, flexibility, and mindset support
Transform conscious effort into unconscious, automatic language use
Most clients move up 1 to 2 CEFR levels in just 3 months. 100% of my clients pass their official exams.
Beyond language coaching, as a certified Brain Coach, I support a diverse range of clients - from students preparing exams to professionals advancing their careers and individuals committed to personal growth.
My coaching focuses on helping clients develop effective strategies to enhance focus, memory, mindset, and overcome mental blocks.
By integrating neuroscience and psychology with personalized coaching, I enable them to learn more efficiently, reduce stress, and unlock their full potential.
I work with:
Professionals and executives mastering new skills sustainably and avoiding burnout
Students boosting exam performance through mindset and memory techniques
Coaches and educators deepening their understanding of how the brain learns
Parents supporting their children with tailored learning approaches
Together, we transform conscious effort into effortless, confident use of knowledge and skills - whether in the workplace, academic settings, or everyday life.
I hold degrees in Linguistics, Phonetics, and Literature, and I’m certified in Meditation and Buddhist Psychology. I’ve had the privilege of studying with renowned Tibetan masters, and over 15,000 hours of deep practice have given me powerful insights into how the mind works - from the roots of mental calm and focused attention to the foundations of emotional intelligence.
I’m deeply passionate about languages and learning in all its forms. I’ve studied English, Spanish, Tibetan, Sanskrit, and more — and I’m currently exploring Japanese and Norwegian. For me, learning a new language is a way to grow, to connect, and to discover new parts of myself and the world. Every language opens up new perspectives and relationships.
I split my time between Paris and La Rochelle. When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me at an art exhibition, off on an adventure with my dog - or simply enjoying a good cup of specialty coffee.
