By browsing this site or booking a session with me, you agree to these terms. My goal is to keep things simple, fair, and supportive for both of us.
Neurolanguage Coaching® is a collaborative process designed to help you overcome speaking blocks and achieve your language goals.
Coaching is a partnership. While I bring the methods, tools, and brain-friendly techniques, your active participation and commitment are essential to your progress.
All coaching packages or services must be paid in full (or according to an agreed-upon payment plan) before our first official session.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe through my website host, Podia.
Refund Policy: Once a coaching package has started, fees are generally non-refundable. If you feel the coaching is not a good fit, please contact me directly so we can discuss the best way forward.
I know life happens, and sometimes plans change! To keep my schedule running smoothly and respect both of our times, please note the following:
24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice ("no-shows"), will be fully charged and cannot be rescheduled.
All resources, PDFs, worksheets, and audio/video materials shared during our coaching sessions or downloaded from this website are for your personal use only.
Please do not share, sell, or distribute these materials without my written permission.
Language learning is highly individual. While I do my absolute best to help you succeed, I cannot guarantee specific linguistic results or career outcomes.
